Established by owner René Becker in 1996, Hi-Rise Bread Company has become a beloved bakery with a mission to provide simple yet exceptional food. The offerings include organic bread, European-style pastries, granola, crackers, cakes, cookies, coffees, soups, and sandwiches. Becker’s commitment to quality and flavor has resulted in popular menu items like Avocado Toast, Cinnamon Coffee Cake, and Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The original outpost also offers groceries and a curated selection of wine and spirits.

It’s worth noting that a previous Hi-Rise location was forced to close its doors in July 2021 due to challenges posed by the pandemic. As more details about Hi-Rise Sweets emerge, such as the opening date, menu additions, and other relevant information, What Now Boston will continue to update this page.
