Local chef and restaurateur Will Gilson is set to debut a new casual eatery at 68 First St in East Cambridge.
In addition to this venture, Gilson serves as Partner, Executive Chef, and Culinary Director at Cambridge Street Hospitality Group, which is renowned for local establishments such as Puritan & Company, Puritan Oyster Bar, and The Herb Lyceum at Gilson’s, as well as three restaurants within Cambridge Crossing: The Lexington, Geppetto, and Café Beatrice.
According to Boston Magazine, the upcoming establishment will specialize in Mediterranean-inspired rotisserie chicken and will feature a year-round indoor farmers market. Operating hours will span from lunch to dinner.
