A Walpole-based private chef is extending his five-star, in-home dining services to include a brick-and-mortar storefront. Chef Adam Munroe will soon introduce Perfect Strangers Family Kitchen to Medfield, with renovations for the space currently underway. While an exact location and grand opening date have not yet been disclosed, Munroe did tell a Facebook commenter that the kitchen will reside “in the center” of “the building at the train station.”
Perfect Strangers was born in 2018, following a significant event during Chef Munroe’s honeymoon in Hawaii. Amidst a false ballistic missile alert, Munroe realized the value of moments spent with loved ones, prompting him to reevaluate his priorities.
Shortly after this epiphany, Munroe left his 15-year culinary career, which included prestigious roles in country clubs and five-star restaurants, to pursue his passion for creating meaningful culinary experiences. Today, Perfect Strangers offers a diverse range of services, from Downtown dining events and drop-offs to corporate catering and custom cakes, cookies, and pastries.
The forthcoming storefront will feature a variety of freshly made, on-the-go meals, including ready-to-eat lunch and dinner options tailored for busy customers. Additionally, patrons can expect artisan cheese and charcuterie boards, as well as an assortment of other culinary delights. The private chef services will remain available alongside these new offerings.
