Specializing in accessible, wallet-friendly fare, InChu features a variety of Asian-inspired bowls. Diners start by choosing their base—greens or rice. Then, they select a protein: chicken, beef, or salmon. Finally, they’ll pick from a quartet of unique culinary creations, from Korean Bibimbap and Japanese Donburi to Vietnamese Bahn Mi and Thai Pad Krapow.
Founded by local chef and restauranteur Nina Festekjian (anoush’ella, NuBurger) and her seasoned partner Aleks Bakhrakh, InChu started as a pandemic-fueled ghost kitchen but swiftly transformed into a pop-up, becoming a regular fixture at Time Out Market Boston.
InChu is expected to open in the fall of 2024 alongside CanalSide Food + Drink.
