Led by local chef and restaurateur Nina Festekjian of Unique Concepts restaurant group (anoush’ella, InChu), NuBurger isn’t your typical burger joint. The menu boasts an array of globally inspired offerings, including the Korean Bulgogi, Umami Truffle, and Pesto Basillico burgers.

Vegetarians need not fret, as NuBurger also serves up a spicy Cauliflower Veggie Burger alongside a variety of tempting sides like Korean parmesan truffle and halloumi fries. Meat lovers can enjoy sides like Buffalo and Korean Bulgogi Wings.

Formerly stationed at Boston’s Time Out Market, NuBurger has recently bid farewell to that location. However, eager patrons can still indulge in the beloved burgers by placing to-go orders via Toast while awaiting NuBurger’s fall 2024 opening.
