According to a Boston Real Estate Times report, Van Leeuwen is planning a new shop in Wellesley’s Linden Square, alongside the highly anticipated Asian fusion restaurant, Karma. The chain’s website confirms the location will be situated at 180 Linden St.
The website also reveals that another shop is headed to the upcoming Lyrik development in Boston’s Back Bay at 400 Newbury St. Lyrik will feature a variety of other eateries including Avra Estiatorio, Pink Carrot, CHICHA San Chen, and George Howell Coffee.
Renowned for its unique flavors and commitment to simple, high-quality ingredients, Van Leeuwen’s ice cream has earned acclaim for its natural taste, creamy texture, and lack of stabilizers.
The new shops will offer a range of premium and creative flavors, including favorites like Hazelnut Fudge Cookie, Cookies & Cream Caramel Swirl, and Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin. There will also be plenty of gluten-free and vegan options.
Opening dates for the new Van Leeuwen locations have not yet been announced.
