While details about the proposed establishment are currently limited, the manager listed for the spot is Michael Shaw, who runs Broadway Restaurant Group alongside Eric Aulenback and Michael Conway. The group operates local favorites Lincoln Tavern & Restaurant, Fat Baby, Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, and another upcoming eatery.

Once established, Park City would feature a large outdoor area, seating for 440 patrons, lawn games, and a stage for live music. Details about the menu and a projected opening date are still unknown.

Cannonball Cafe, which opened three years ago, offers a range of health-centric café fare.

What Now Boston has reached out to Broadway Restaurant Group for further information about Park City and will provide updates as they become available.

UPDATE: According to Boston Restaurant Talk, Broadway Restaurant Group has partnered with Core to operate a seasonal outdoor venue (Park City) at The LOT, an event space located at 383 Dorchester Ave. The venue will offer live music, multiple food options, a pavilion bar, walk-up bars, and lawn games. Meanwhile, Cannonball Cafe will remain at its current location.
