According to a press release sent to What Now Boston, Traveler Street Hospitality (TSH) will soon launch its fifth concept, FiDO Pizza. The eatery will find its home at 250 Western Ave, at the Allston Labworks campus.
Led by Chef/Partner Colin Lynch, Partner Heather Lynch, Partner Jefferson Macklin, and Beverage Director Ryan Lotz, TSH brings decades of combined experience from some of Boston’s most celebrated restaurants. The group is behind a family of South End favorites, including Bar Mezzana, Shore Leave, No Relation, and Black Lamb.
FiDO will bring a casual neighborhood dining experience to Allston, featuring Chef Colin’s take on New York-style pies available for dine-in, take-out, and by the slice. The eatery will also have a full liquor license, with Ryan Lotz curating the bar program.
The TSH team has partnered with Boston-based crowdfunding startup NuMarket, allowing guests to support FiDO with contributions of any amount. In return, supporters will receive 120% of their contribution back, redeemable at the restaurant.
FiDO Pizza is scheduled to open in the summer of 2025, offering full-service lunch and dinner seven days a week. For more information, visit FiDO online or follow them on Instagram @fidopizzaboston.
