A popular Tremont St pizza and ice cream spot is gearing up for an expansion.
Picco will soon open a second location at 179 W Main St in Marlborough, chef-owner Anthony Lawrence told What Now Boston. “The building is on the state and national historic registry and I plan to keep all of the historic elements intact,” he said.
The new outpost will feature the same menu as the original, offering plenty of pies and ice cream flavors, along with pastas, soups, salads, sandwiches, and snacks like tacos and wings. Guests can also enjoy beer, wine, and cocktails.
Picco is scheduled to open in Marlborough in April 2025, with seating for 100 patrons. Initial hours will run from 11 a.m. to midnight, though they may be adjusted “depending on demand.”
