NYC-based fast-casual restaurant chain, Just Salad will be celebrating the grand opening of its new store in Needham this week, located in Needham Heights at 669 Highland Ave. The chain soft opened the store to the public earlier last month. This location is Just Salad’s 2nd restaurant to open in Massachusetts, following the grand opening of its first-ever Boston location during fall of last year.
The Needham store is Just Salad’s first-ever standalone building with its own dedicated parking lot! The store occupies 2,246 interior square feet and 767 patio square feet for both indoor and outdoor dining. The space is very large, offering 46 interior seats with flexible arrangements, as well as 28 patio seats surrounded by umbrellas, string lights and a vibrant exterior mural. The restaurant is open Monday – Friday from 10:30am – 8pm, as well as Saturday – Sunday from 11am – 8pm.
Guests will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups and smoothies when visiting the new store. Specific menu highlights include Just Salad’s seasonal spring salads – the Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch and Tokyo Supergreens – and Earth-Friendly salads with low carbon footprints. With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, guests are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste by purchasing a bowl in store and will receive a free salad topping with every reuse.
To further incentivize healthy, climate-conscious food choices, Just Salad will be offering the following in-store promotions throughout this week as part of its Needham Grand Opening celebration:
- $5 Meal Days: Every customer who orders in-store on Thursday, May 2 – Saturday, May 4 will receive a discounted $5 meal.
- VIP Bowl Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on Monday, May 6.
- Community Workers Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Community Workers who purchase meals in-store on Tuesday, May 7.
