While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to a recent hearing notice mentioned in the article, the soon-to-be-launched Bartaco location will feature a well-appointed dining area with a vibrant bar, catering to patrons seeking a fun and social dining experience. For the warmer months, the establishment is planning to create an inviting outdoor patio. Bartaco will also aim to secure a full liquor license, elevating its offerings with a diverse range of spirits and specialty cocktails.

What sets Bartaco apart is its inspiring dedication to infusing the flavors of Brazil, Uruguay, and Southern California into its street food-inspired menu. By expertly blending these diverse culinary influences, the restaurant takes its guests on a journey through the sun-kissed beaches of these coastal regions, all within the walls of its inviting space.

The heart of Bartaco’s culinary philosophy lies in offering a taste of the freshest ingredients that the coastal areas have to offer. From freshly-squeezed juices that awaken the palate to specialty cocktails and an impressive selection of bottled beer, Bartaco crafts an experience that is both authentic and innovative, according to the company website.
