Chongris, a seasoned professional with a rich restaurant, real estate, and commercial building background, is set to revive the iconic Harrison’s Roast Beef with the original team from 25 years ago. However, Patrick’s menu goes beyond nostalgia, proudly presenting a North Shore-themed lineup that not only pays homage to iconic items of the past but also celebrates new, local favorites.

Promising a diverse and flavorful culinary journey, Patrick’s offers a rotating selection that includes sushi, smash burgers, fish and chips, fresh salads, fried Ipswich clams, and more. Embracing the rich Lebanese influence in the area, a seasoned restaurateur will contribute some Lebanese specialties a few days a week, adding a unique flair to the menu.

The culinary adventure continues with a treasure trove of North Shore delights, showcasing classics like lobster rolls and Lawton’s Famous Frankfurts, a local legend from Lawrence. Another standout is the resurrected Chicken Barb Sandwich, a nostalgic gem that originated in the 40s at the Tally Ho in Methuen.

Patrick’s exudes a seaside, seasonal beach vibe with its carefully crafted ambiance. Bright lights and natural wood elements come together to create an inviting space that evokes the charm of a classic clam shack. Expressing his vision for the restaurant, Chongris states, “We want to make it feel like you’re sitting in a clam shack.”

Chongris’s commitment to preserving local traditions is evident as he revives beloved classics and introduces innovative dishes to the North Andover community. His passion shines through, creating a culinary experience that blends the nostalgia of familiar flavors with the excitement of new tastes at Patrick’s Northshore Eatery.
