“We don’t currently have a specific date locked in, unfortunately, but we’re looking for mid-July,” Jalal told What Now Boston, “We are really excited to bring more fellow to more people. We love the opportunity to pop up in spaces and get to know the neighborhood. Hopefully, people stop by our Seaport location until we close in October. Quincy Market will surely be open and thriving all year round.”

“FoMu will offer the same handmade plant-based ice cream, as well as ice cream cakes, novelties like cookie sandwiches, ice cream pops, and baked goods. They aim for a consistent look and feel across their shops, although sometimes that can be tricky with some of the seasonal locations (in Seaport and Boston Landing). Generally, customers will find natural, plant-inspired spaces with clean lines and warm finishes,” Deena also added.

At FoMu, they craft their ice cream from scratch, using meticulously selected plant-based ingredients. Carefully sourced and hand-picked, their ingredients form the foundation of their delectable treats. Using coconut milk and a harmonious fusion of organic, natural sweeteners, their signature ice creams are a testament to quality and taste. They believe in keeping things pure and genuine, which is why their products are entirely natural and crafted by hand, incorporating real ingredients.

To guarantee the utmost creaminess and satisfaction, each batch of their signature and seasonal flavors is meticulously prepared in small quantities, minimizing the inclusion of air. This technique ensures that every scoop or pint they hand-pack is bursting with flavor and velvety smoothness, according to the company website.
