“We will open our new craft cocktail bar concept in the upcoming fall. The space opened next to us when the optometrist recently retired, and we decided to take the space,” Silverston told What Now Boston, “This will be a completely separate place from Paris Creperie, but we will be sharing a kitchen!”

“We will be doing creative craft cocktails, similar to what we offer with Paris Creperie, but we will be expanding from Brother Cleve’s creative footprint and will be adding new, creative options with our Director of Operations, Nick Mallia, at the helm,” Chuck also added.

It has been around a year since the passing of Brother Cleve, but his remarkable cocktail creations continue to flourish within the confines of Paris Creperie. Cleve, renowned for his mixology prowess, made a groundbreaking discovery during his time touring with Combustible Edison in the 1990s. He found that audiences were not only captivated by the music but also deeply immersed in the allure of vintage cocktail culture, and this revelation became one of the cornerstones of his career.

In 1995, Brother Cleve’s expertise caught the attention of the Boston Globe, and his passion for cocktails and lounge music led to a prominent feature on the front page of the newspaper’s esteemed art section. This exposure also marked the beginning of Brother Cleve’s fruitful connections within the vibrant cocktail industry in Boston, according to the company’s website.

Brother Cleve’s cocktail menu, which is affectionately referred to as Cocktails de Paris Seaport, hosts a wide array of options. Some of these options are a baby bellini, casino royale, french martini, la femme du monde, and more.
