According to Boston.com, which first covered the venture back in February, the unnamed restaurant will feature a grill concept. Although we attempted to gather more information, Chef Shire did not immediately respond to our requests.

This marks Shire’s first restaurant opening in Boston since 2008, adding to her trailblazing career, which includes launching the nationally acclaimed Biba and taking over the historic Locke-Ober in 2001. While details are still limited, the new restaurant is expected to complement her existing success at Scampo and highlight her culinary legacy.

With an electric atmosphere and a commitment to creativity, Chef Shire’s upcoming restaurant is sure to elevate Boston’s dining scene, making it a must-visit destination in 2024.
