Laura Robbins, who also owns the nearby Wild Robbins Farm, is a staunch advocate for pasture-raised meat and community building. Since 2019, she and her family have been enriching the local community with premium pasture-raised selections, comforting chicken pot pies, and farm-fresh eggs.

Complementing Laura’s passion, Mark Williams serves as Executive Chef at Wild Robbins Farm, bringing a wealth of experience to this latest venture. Mark’s dedication to crafting classic homemade dishes with simple, fresh ingredients ensures that Fireside Tavern will prioritize farm-to-table dining, emphasizing locally sourced ingredients in their made-from-scratch menu. Expect classic American cuisine, ranging from burgers and fries to sandwiches, seafood, and pasta dishes, accompanied by a wide selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.

Alongside the restaurant, the pair will unveil Fireside Cafe, located in the former site of Heritage Wine and Provisions on the same lot. Opened daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fireside Cafe will offer a diverse array of breakfast, lunch, and frozen take-home meals, including Laura’s signature pot pies.

Excited to introduce inventive culinary creations while preserving the tavern’s unique historic charm, Laura and Mark are eager to share their vision with the community. With Fireside Cafe set to debut in March 2024, followed closely by Fireside Tavern in April, Sherborn locals can soon delight in farm-fresh fare in a familiar, fireside setting.
