Founded in 2006 by Nick Kenner and Rob Crespi, the plant-centric salad chain now thrives with over 80 locations across seven states. Among them are two spots in the Boston area: one nestled in the Financial District and another in Needham Heights, the latter hosting its grand opening celebration this week.

True to its name, Just Salad serves an array of hearty greens like the Crispy Chicken Poblano and the Tofu Tokyo Supergreens, alongside warm bowls, wraps, smoothies, and avocado toast. Additionally, patrons can customize their own bowls or take advantage of the Pick Two deal, where they can choose any two items for one low price.

Just Salad representatives were not immediately available for comment, so keep an eye out as specific locations and opening day details come to light.
